This could be great - but it's not. Positive: The location; outline; kitchen; spacious size; bed; free parking are good and even very good. However, and very much alas: the shower drain was totally blocked -we could shower for 55 seconds per person; the faucet drain was blocked; the dishwasher didn't work at all; the extra bed in the living room is a complete nightmare and hurts everywhere; Netflix etc. didn't function; old jackets, shoes, bags are everywhere to be found; the same goes for left over food in the kitchen cupboards and left over soap in the out of order bathroom. No soap in the lavatory. The wooden floor is clean, but blood spots of dead musquitos on the white walls everywhere. And so on and so forth. I emailed the proprietor about the bathroom and the dishwasher: help was promised. Twice. Nobody arrived. Nothing was done. Most probably: nothing will be done. This is a mere cash cow. No love. Très bon séjour à Anvers. Utilisation fréquentes du vélo ville, très pratique. Positive: Très spacieux et calme, sauf quand les voisins dînaient dehors. Proximité du ravitaillement par Carrefour express et de la station vélo, nécessaire pour aller dans le centre Cuisine, bien équipée Chambre confortable Parking, impeccable et apprécié Negative: Rien

Muy buena estancia, se recomienda 100% Positive: Es un alojamiento amplio. Bien equipado, buena limpieza, cómodo y cerca del centro (a 15 mins en tram). Comunicación rápida y amable con los dueños. En conclusión, un sitio de 10 para quedarse si vienes a Amberes.
